Bree is the Operations Coordinator which supports inter-team communications, coordinating and overseeing projects, and documenting company-wide and departmental processes.
Bree came to Trove with 8+ years of business operations experience. While she started at Trove with the goal of becoming an advisor, she and the team quickly realized that her operational background was not only where she provided the most value to the company, but also where she would thrive the most. She has been called the “Meta Process” and the “steel trap of processes”.
Bree received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing at the University of Maine at Farmington. Earning this degree gave her the background, knowledge, and passion for writing — whether it be poetry, emails, or — you guessed it! — processes.
Bree lives in North Attleboro, MA with her daughter, Lilly, who has gained the title of “Trove Mascot” by sending team members happy birthday videos on each of their birthdays, as well as from Bree sharing videos of Lilly’s karate journey with the team. The two love crafts (Bree enjoys paint by numbers while Lilly enjoys creating things from random objects/supplies and hot glue), reading, and participating in events through Lilly’s Karate school. Bree also enjoys pet sitting for her family and friends whenever she can.
